Alana is a dedicated and compassionate therapist specializing in addiction and trauma recovery. With 15 years of experience working in the mental health field, she has developed a deep understanding of the complex intersections between trauma and substance use, striving to empower individuals on their journey to healing. 

Holding a Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Wyoming, Alana utilizes a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Experiential Therapy and mindfulness techniques. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can openly explore their experiences and develop healthier coping strategies. 

Throughout her career, Alana has worked in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient treatment centers, nonprofit and community organizations. This diverse background has equipped her with the skills to address the unique challenges faced by individuals grappling with trauma and addiction. 

Alana believes in a holistic approach to treatment, recognizing that healing involves addressing the mind, body, and spirit. She is passionate about helping clients uncover the root causes of their struggles, fostering resilience, and guiding them toward a path of recovery and personal growth.  With a genuine passion for helping others, Alana is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and recovery.
