We do not engage in misleading, deceptive, or exaggerated marketing practices in any of our online, public relations, advertising, or promotional materials.
Our marketing accurately reflects the daily experiences, therapeutic services, and community atmosphere of our treatment programs.
We encourage clients, families, and referents to visit our facilities to see firsthand the quality of care we provide.

2. No Financial Gain from Client Referrals

Rock View Recovery does not pay for or receive financial compensation for client referrals.
We do not engage with or support any treatment providers that participate in unethical referral practices.
Our only priority when making referrals is the client’s best interest and clinical needs.

3. Client Admission & Clinical Appropriateness

We only admit clients who are clinically appropriate for our treatment model.
If a prospective client is not a good fit, we will refer them to a more suitable program to ensure they receive the right level of care.
Our admissions decisions are based solely on clinical assessments and treatment needs, not financial considerations.

4. Client Discharge & Community Well-Being

The decision to discharge a client early is made exclusively based on clinical reasoning and what is best for the client and the Rock View Recovery community.
The safety and well-being of our client community will always take precedence over any individual’s personal desires.

5. Transparent Pricing & No Hidden Fees

We do not engage in a la carte pricing, add-ons, or excessive service charges.
All program fees are inclusive and clearly communicated upfront, ensuring that families are not subjected to unexpected financial burdens.
Our focus is on delivering high-quality care without financial exploitation.

6. Commitment to Quality & Client Dignity

7. Protecting Client Privacy & Confidentiality

We strictly protect client confidentiality and do not use video, photographs, or testimonials of current clients for marketing purposes.
Former clients may provide testimonials or participate in promotional materials only if they have been discharged for six months or longer and have given prior written consent.
We adhere to all HIPAA regulations and ethical standards regarding the privacy and security of client information.
